Pricing questions
What counts as a document?
Every successful action that processes a file counts as one document, no matter how many pages it has.
What happens if I run out of documents?
Paid plans include a free buffer: if you run out mid-month, requests stop until you switch the buffer on from your dashboard, which keeps you processing up to 20% over your plan's volume at no extra charge. Past that, requests are declined until the month resets or you upgrade. The Free plan stops right at 100 documents. Nothing is ever billed on top of your plan.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like from the customer portal in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect right away, and there's no lock-in.
How does yearly billing work?
Switch any paid plan to yearly and you pay for ten months but use all twelve: two months free. Your monthly document allowance stays the same each month.
Which regions can I process in?
Free runs in Global. Starter adds US and Europe. Business unlocks all nine, adding the UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, India, and Brazil. Swap the base URL to pin requests to a region.
Is my data secure?
Documents are processed in memory and never stored: in, transformed, out, gone. Every call is TLS-encrypted, and Business plans are HIPAA eligible under a signed BAA.
